Carl Philip Holmes is a 35yr old man who suffered a huge stroke whilst weight training at the age of 23. He was left paralysed from the neck down, partially blind and unable to breathe without the aid of a ventilator He now lives in Colchester, England with the aid of a team of carers who  take care of his day to day needs.
